The hotel offers renovated rooms to a high standard. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, especially with our baby's travel cot, and the bed linens were not changed daily. The service was adequate, including car hire options. The location is convenient with easy access to public transportation, albeit being above a Lebanese restaurant. The dining options were not to our taste, with poorly cooked eggs on the menu. Overall, the facilities were acceptable, but improvements are needed in housekeeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfy, with two single beds and a nice view even with the window open. They have all been refurbished to a very high level. The service was excellent, and I even had the option for car hire. The location was perfect for me, with a 5-minute walk to the train station and in a quiet area, yet close to Acton tube station. The dining options, unfortunately, didn’t meet my expectations but were satisfactory. The hotel facilities were impressive, providing everything I needed during my stay.
